Items will ship out 24-72 hours after items are ordered and payment is received. Once your items have been shipped you will receive an email confirmation that will contain a USPS tracking number. USPS normally delivers in 2-5 business days.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
We will offer a replacement for damage items; our only requirement is that you email us within 24 hours of receiving your candle. Please send an email with an attached picture of your candle to email@example.com voicing your concerns regarding your product and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
